Managing Privacy & Sharing Your Profile

7.1 Profile Visibility Levels

1. Public – Indexed by search engines.
2. Link‑Only – Visible with direct URL.
3. OG1 Members – Logged‑in coaches only.
4. Private – Only you.

Change the global setting under Settings → Privacy. You can override at section level (e.g., hide Endorsements).

7.2 Generating Share Links

1. Click Share Profile.
2. Choose visibility (Link‑Only/Public).
3. Copy URL—looks like og1coaches.com/CoachDavis.
4. Send via email, social, or QR code (auto‑generated).

7.3 Search Engine Indexing

Toggle Allow Indexing if you want Google/Bing to surface your profile. It can take 3–7 days to appear.

7.4 Revoking Access

Switch link visibility to Private—old URLs will redirect to a 404 page.

7.5 Best Practices

• Keep sensitive stats or future plans private until contracts are signed.
• Use Link‑Only for job‑application bundles.
